Want to know how PawMOB works?
Read the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. Will my dog be walked with others? PawMOB wants to make sure that your dog gets the special attention he/she deserves, so we only walk dogs one household at a time. If you have multiple large or active pets, your dog walker may decide it is safer to walk them separately. Who will take care of my pet? Our pet care professionals at PawMOB are dedicated individuals who are passionate about pets. They go through a rigorous interview process, extensive background checks, and continuous training to make sure we provide the best possible care for your pets. What about access? Please arrange a way for PawMOB pet care professionals to access your home. You may leave a key with your concierge, hide a key, use a lock box, leave keys with neighbors, provide a code for the entrance, or arrange access with your management company. If we are unable to access your home within 15 minutes upon our arrival, a no show fee will be charged. Can I cancel or change my request? There are no fees for canceling or changing your request at least two hours prior to your service window. There's a $10 service fee if a request is canceled or changed with less than two hours' notice. This fee applies when we are not able to perform the service because the pet is not there or we are unable to get into the unit. How will I pay for the service? During the registration process, you will be asked to add a credit card. Your card will be automatically charge after each service. What additional services do you provide? In addition to PawMOB regular dog walking and cat sitting services, we can feed, change the water, clean the litter box, play with your pet, reinforce training, and administer medicine, all at no extra charge.
